THE PRICE
This contract is for the chosen package indicated overleaf. The couple agrees that they are liable to pay the full cost of the wedding package purchased. A booking fee is required at the time of booking, together with a signed contract. Your Wedding date is confirmed once funds have cleared. A-14 day unconditional refund policy exists. Please contact us in writing within 14 days if you wish to cancel your booking and receive a complete refund of the booking fee. All prices quoted above are inclusive of the booking fee. Prices in force at time of booking are those written on this contract, which is accepted by the client The balance is due 14 days prior to the Wedding date.

CANCELLATION
The client may cancel their contract at any time. After 14 days the following charges apply: If the Videographer has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control, for example including but not limited to death, injury or illness the Videographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid, including the booking fee. Where the Videographer must cancel, the videographer will attempt to find a replacement that is acceptable to the couple and attempt to negotiate a similar package on a best efforts basis. No guarantee of a replacement can be made. Where a replacement can be found, the couples will enter a new agreement with the replacement videographer. The client may cancel this contract at any time, subject to the following charges. From the date the contract is signed to 9 calendar months away from the booked date, the couple’s liability is limited to the initial booking fee only. Less than 9 calendar months to 6 calendar months the couple is liable to pay 50% of the overall package price. Less than six calendar months to 3 calendar months the couple is liable to pay 75% of the overall package price. When cancelling with less than 3 calendar months notice, the couple agrees they are liable to pay 85% of the overall package price. The videographer recommends that wedding insurance be taken out which will cover all suppliers fee’s should the wedding be cancelled.

PRIVACY
The Videographer will store your name and wedding details. These details will not be made available to any individual or organisation other than the Videographer and videographer’s staff. We store your personal details on a private secure database where they will be unavailable to any companies or individuals apart from PVP Wedding Films. Should you wish to permanently remove your details from our database please advise us in writing.

COPYRIGHT
The client agrees that as the creator the Videographer holds the copyright. The videographer may use video clips from the clients wedding for advertising, publicity, editorial or any other purpose including use on the Internet and World Wide Web or transmission by any other electronic means. If the couple object to the use of video clips online they can submit a written request to have the material removed. The client agrees that they do not have any right copyright. Any re-editing, duplication or reproduction in part or in full is prohibited by law.

ARTISTIC FILM & EDIT LICENSE
The Videographer retains full editorial control and shall be granted full artistic license during the filming, editing and post production process of the final film. A re-editing fee will apply to any requested edits after final production is complete.

COLOUR MATCHING
The videographer cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflections caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres and where artificial and LED lighting is present. It is sometimes impossible to record on film/digital the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
The videographer agrees that every effort will be made to provide high quality video services and while we only use professional equipment during filming and post-production, we cannot be held responsible for loss of audio or video as a result of mechanical or electronical malfunction, theft, illness, weather, acts of God or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the videographers control. In the event that a catastrophic mechanical or electronic failure should occur to the Videographer's equipment or that the Videographer is unable to provide the couple with the agreed upon videography services and/or products, or if the quality of the services and/or products is deemed to be substandard by the couple, the videographer and the couple agree that the Videographer is not responsible for any other consequential damages, emotional or otherwise and that the videographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. The Couple agree that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, re-enacted or repeated for the purpose of a re-shoot and limits the Videographer’s liability to the refund of all monies paid under this contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
